As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Lead to drive our reward strategy and ensure our remuneration and benefits programs support both business performance and an exceptional employee experience.

This is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders, executives and the Board to influence key reward decisions across a diverse, international workforce.

About the Role

As the Remuneration & Benefits Lead, you will be responsible for designing, leading and continuously improving our remuneration, benefits and job architecture frameworks. You will provide strategic advice, market insights and data-driven recommendations that ensure Collins Foods remains competitive in attracting, retaining and motivating top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the framework that determines how we value, reward and recognise our people.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of remuneration structures, salary frameworks and reward policies.
  • Shaping job architecture, position evaluation and organisational grading frameworks across Australia and Europe.
  • Driving annual remuneration review processes, salary benchmarking and market analysis activities.
  • Managing short-term and long-term incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance requirements.
  • Evaluating, designing and enhancing employee benefits programs to deliver value for both employees and the organisation.
  • Providing expert remuneration advice to People Leaders, Executives, the Executive Leadership Team and Board Committees.
  • Delivering remuneration reports, insights and recommendations that support strategic workforce and talent decisions.
  • Monitoring market trends, legislative developments and emerging reward practices to ensure Collins Foods remains competitive and compliant.
  • Partnering closely with People & Culture, Finance and business leaders to support organisational change, workforce planning and key people initiatives.
  • Using data, analytics and market intelligence to translate complex information into practical actions that drive business outcomes.
  • Supporting governance, compliance and remuneration-related reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Significant experience in remuneration, benefits and/or total rewards within a complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks, job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking.
  • Experience advising senior leaders and influencing strategic business decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • A commercial mindset and a passion for creating reward programs that support performance and engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organisation.
