We’re Hiring: IT Project & Delivery Coordinator – Join our IT team and help deliver projects that connect technical solutions with business outcomes across Collins Foods.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

The IT Project & Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of IT initiatives across the organisation. This role bridges infrastructure and application projects—coordinating tasks, tracking progress, managing communication between technical and business teams, and ensuring delivery outcomes align with scope, time, and quality expectations. This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, an ability to translate between technical and business contexts, and a proactive mindset for problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Full Time - 12 Month Contract
  • Support delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, applications, and digital domains.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
  • Assist with procurement activities, including quotes, purchase orders, and vendor tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, and close-out summaries.

Business & Technical Analysis

  • Assist in gathering, clarifying, and documenting business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Support solution design discussions between business users, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Participate in testing planning, coordination, and execution (UAT and production readiness).
  • Monitor production rollout and support post-implementation reviews.

Infrastructure Delivery Support

  • Coordinate infrastructure changes and deployments with IT operations and vendors.
  • Track environments, configuration changes, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Support standardisation and documentation of infrastructure processes and controls.
  • Ensure change control and risk assessment processes are followed.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as liaison between IT project teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Prepare clear and concise communication materials — progress updates, risks, and decisions.
  • Foster collaboration between technical and business domains to achieve aligned outcomes.

Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain delivery dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Ensure projects follow governance frameworks and change control standards.
  • Support financial tracking, including budget vs. actual reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT project delivery processes.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Successful project design and delivery throughout the lifecycle.
  • Effective risk identification and management.
  • Internal customer and project stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Clear communication of project activity across stakeholders.
  • Commercial agreements supporting high-quality outcomes.

Safety Leadership

At Collins Foods, work health and safety is our number one priority. Safety leadership is the responsibility of all roles, including the IT Project & Delivery Coordinator. You’ll be expected to follow the Team Member and Manager Responsibility Statements to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
