What You’ll Bring to the Table:
As a Finance Planning Officer, you’ll support our Planning Managers in turning numbers into meaningful insights. You’ll get involved in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting, all while learning from an experienced, supportive team that’s committed to helping you grow your finance career.

Financial Planning & Analysis
• Assist with financial and operational analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Support the preparation and delivery of budgets, forecasts, and business performance reports.
• Undertake ad hoc analysis and provide insights that help shape key business decisions.
• Test assumptions, validate results, and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Reporting & Insights
• Help design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Ensure information is accurate, timely, and easy to understand.
• Continuously improve the quality, content, and presentation of reporting and insights.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with leaders across departments to understand business needs and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through data analysis and innovation.
• Build strong relationships across the business and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.
Who You Are:
Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate ready to start your journey in finance and business analysis? You’re curious, analytical, and motivated to learn how data drives performance in a large, fast-paced organisation. You take pride in accuracy, love problem-solving, and enjoy collaborating with others to make an impact.
You also bring:
• A degree (or near completion) in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• The confidence to communicate clearly and build great working relationships.
• A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
