About the Role:
We’re excited to announce an internal opportunity for the position of Traineeship and Learning Advisor on a 3-month secondment. This role is key in supporting and enhancing our national traineeship program while contributing to the broader learning and development initiatives across the business. You’ll work closely with the Organisational Effectiveness team to help deliver training and development programs that align with our strategic goals. About you:
- Firsthand experience with traineeships or similar training programmes
- Completion of a Certificate III Traineeship (desired)
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Empathetic and supportive approach to trainee and stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products, The Vault and operational systems
- Data management and analytical skills
- Experience in managing queries and providing support via multiple channels
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the national traineeship program, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across multiple training and operational systems
- Compile and analyse reports, generating insights to inform decision-making and program improvements
- Manage and resolve queries via the inbox and hotline, providing timely and effective support to trainees, restaurants and stakeholders
