About the Role

We are currently seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced IT team, assuming responsibility for maintaining our restaurant technology fleet and ensuring that our systems are secure and up-to-date.

As the EUC Engineer, you will take ownership of the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining and managing our restaurant technology fleet, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and other devices.
• Patching operating systems and applications, ensuring that our systems are always up-to-date and secure.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to end-user computing systems, resolving them promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Collaborating with our security team to implement security policies, ensuring that our end-users are always safe from harm.
• Working on small projects with Australia and Europe, providing technical support and guidance to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
• Maintaining accurate records of all work completed, including inventory, problem resolution, and preventive maintenance activities.

About You

As our End User Computing Engineer, you will be a tech-savvy guru responsible for keeping our restaurant technology fleet in top shape. You'll love patching OS and applications and will be passionate about helping our cybersecurity team to keep our data and systems under lock and key.  Your ultimate mission is to make sure our end-users have an unmatched tech experience. 

As the EUC Engineer you will bring to the role the following skills, experience and attributes:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in end-user computing, with a focus on maintaining and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with patch management and desktop imaging tools.
• Familiarity with IT security concepts, including endpoint protection, data loss prevention, and security policies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
