About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Administrator to join newly formed Supply Chain & Procurement department. In this newly scoped entry-level role, the Supply Chain Administrator will assist in the effective and efficient delivery of key operational excellence activities including the provision of direct restaurant and RSC support for supply and procurement functions across Collins Foods.

Based in Brisbane with the opportunity to work flexibly one settled in the role, you will report to the Supply Chain Analyst and will assume the following roles and responsibilities: 

  • Engaging collaboratively with various stockholders including the Yum! Supply Chain team, external suppliers/service providers and CFL RSC departments
  • Contributing to the coordination of improved inventory review and maintenance outcomes (price accuracy, communication, service levels etc) with vendors and Yum! Supply Chain
  • Providing administrative & functional cross departmental support
  • Weekly invoice reconciliation & liaison with stakeholders to correct pricing issues
  • Weekly cross system price checking, correcting of records and price reporting to Collins Finance for stocktake valuation purposes (MacromatiX & E1)
  • Inventory record creation & maintenance across price file systems and MacromatiX / E1 maintenance
  • Raising and placing of purchase orders for restaurant equipment
  • Supporting the team with supply chain and procurement reviews, such as contract renewals, supplier processes etc.
  • Other projects and duties as required by the Operations Excellence and Projects Manager

About You

As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for supply chain management and customer service. In this role, you will bring with you the following skills & experience:

  • Qualifications in Business administration or similar related discipline (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated experience as an RGM (on target or above balanced scorecard performance) or in an Above Restaurant Operations role
  • Inventory control or supply chain experience involving administration, analysis and improvement (preferred)
  • Experience in data base management and analysis – use of SQL Server Reporting Systems is advantageous but not essential
  • High level of competence in Microsoft Office applications (primarily Excel) and inventory database management systems (JD Edwards E1 & MacromatiX) 
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to establish positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders 
  • Adaptive/innovative problem solver
  • Ability to collaborate, influence and build relationships
  • Results focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
